two-step "order and purchase" shopping procedure.
1. Order
To register, click please "My basket" button on our main page to open "Log in" page.
Then, click please "REGISTER ME AS A NEW CUSTOMER" button and fill in the registration
form, clicking finally "Register" button. An email message will be sent to your
email address with your activation code link. Please click the link to activate
your giftella account automatically.
Now, you can place your order. Please log in to giftella online shop using your
email address and your password and add product you want to buy to your shopping basket,
clicking the product picture or the product description and then "Add to my basket" button.
The information will be displayed the product has been added to your basket.
Click please "Look into my basket" button or "My basket" button to open your basket
page, and then select the option "I will pay with bank transfer", and click "Order"
button to place your order with giftella automatically.
An email message will be sent to your email address with coded link to confirm your order.
Once you have confirmed your order, we will calculate shipping cost of your order covered by
you, and will send you a feedback by email to accept final cost of your order.
In the email message you will find also our bank account details to proceed
with your payment.
Once your payment is in our bank account, we will ship your purchase.
